What you go through when registering
After creating your account, you complete a short questionnaire and verification. This is the same flow as in the investor portal.

Welcome & investment profile
You answer five questions: how much you plan to invest, when you may need your money back, your risk profile, your investment experience, and whether you invest privately or as a business. Based on this, we tailor recommendations.

Personal details
You enter your date of birth and address. For a business account, you also provide your company name and Chamber of Commerce number. Your address is found automatically via an address search.

Link bank account
Choose your bank and log in with iDEAL to verify your account. This takes about 30 seconds. The account must be in your name.

Verify identity (iDIN)
Via iDIN you confirm your identity with your bank. This is legally required and allows you to invest without limits. Verification usually takes a few minutes.

Account ready
After completing all steps, you have access to the dashboard. You can browse projects, deposit money to your wallet, and invest.
What you find in the investor portal
After onboarding, you have access to a fully digital platform to manage your investments.
Dashboard
Overview of your total invested amount, expected and received returns, active projects, and wallet balance. You also see the next payout and a breakdown by region and project.
Wallet
Your personal account within the platform. Deposit via iDEAL or bank transfer (SEPA). View your available balance, escrow, and pending transactions. Invest directly in projects from your wallet.
Projects
All available real estate projects with location, expected return, duration, collateral, and project documentation. Per project you see funding progress and recent investors.
Portfolio
Overview of all your investments with amounts, interest rates, and statuses. View and download your agreements. Set per project whether your interest is reinvested.

Why verification is required
Under European regulations (AML), we are required to verify your identity before you can invest. This protects both you and the platform.
- Bank verification via iDEAL is completed instantly
- Identity verification via iDIN usually takes a few minutes
- Without completed verification, you cannot make investments
- You can invest as an individual or through a business
