How we operate

NXO Capital offers bonds under the prospectus exemption. The minimum investment is €125,000 per investor, above the €100,000 exemption threshold (art. 1(4) and art. 3 Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129). There is no prospectus approved by the AFM and this offering is not supervised by the AFM.

Information memorandum

For each project we prepare an information memorandum covering all material risks, the financial structure and repayment conditions.

KYC/AML

We are required to verify the identity of all investors (Know Your Customer) and comply with anti-money laundering legislation (Wwft).

Privacy legislation (GDPR)

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
