Solid assetsLiquid returns
We finance and develop real estate from a Dutch structure with strong securities.
HOW WE INVEST
We develop everything in-house
Every project follows the same four steps — from sourcing to exit.

Step 02 · Acquiring or financing
NXO either acquires the property itself through its own project SPV, or finances one of our project SPVs. In both cases the Dutch structure and the securities are in place before the start.
