How we operate
NXO Capital complies with all applicable laws and regulations for offering bonds to private investors.
Prospectus exemption from €100,000 per investor
NXO Capital offers bonds under the prospectus exemption for offers with a minimum investment of €100,000 per investor (art. 1(4) EU Prospectus Regulation 2017/1129). As a result, no prospectus obligation applies; our tickets start from €125,000.
Information memorandum
For each project we prepare an information memorandum covering all material risks, the financial structure and repayment conditions.
KYC/AML
We are required to verify the identity of all investors (Know Your Customer) and comply with anti-money laundering legislation (Wwft).
Privacy legislation (GDPR)
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Legal structure
NXO Capital uses a layered legal structure in which investor interests are safeguarded through separate entities.
